W. 30' bike with 5x(2' fast, 3' easy), strength, 25' swim
T. 3pm- 35' easy with couple pickups.. 5mi felt better but not great (6.5) Saw Chiro, worked on back and hamy
6:30pm- 35 Bike', 25' Swim. Happy about getting 95' of exercise
today. Might try to incorporate more cross-training regularly.
F. am- 45' moderate, last mile in 5:18.. 7+mi similar to yesterday (6.5) pm- 25' swim
S. 1pm- 66:31 easy.. 10mi still feeling hammy but felt smooth (7) step in right direction 6pm- 30+' bike, light strength
Total. 31mi on 4 runs, 120' Biking, 70' Swimming, 40' pool run. 308' of exercise.. looking to shoot for 80'/day (550'+/week). Taking it one day at a time.
